How It Works

ORDER ONLINE or IN-PERSON

Placing your transfer order online is easy. 1) Select a transfer service, 2) choose a quantity and 3) click “ADD TO CART”. Select your shipping or drop-off/pickup preference. Then place your order, or stop by our Brentwood, Tennessee service center.

HOW IT WORKS WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE

After placing your order through our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions. Simply pack-up your media items, and ship or drop them off at our service center located at 127 Franklin Road – Suite 200, Brentwood, Tennessee 37027 (see below).

Upon receiving your item(s), we’ll assign and affix a permanent identification number to each item, verify the quantity, photograph your items and send you an email confirmation to confirm everything was received by us safely and undamaged. Then, your media items, work-order and finished DVD digital copies having been tagged with matching barcodes are inspected for any problems, and scheduled for transfer. When we finish transferring your project, we’ll send you a “Project Complete” email or call you to let you know everything is ready. We’ll couple all your original media items with your newly digitized master copies, matching each barcode to insure each of your items are returned to you safe and sound.

Don’t forget…If you live in or are visiting the metro Nashville area, you may choose to stop by our Brentwood, Tennessee service center and place your order in person. You can even place your order online, and then drop-off and pay for your order in-person.
